5 Tips for a Good Night's Sleep

5 Tips for a Good Night's Sleep

Drops+ Sleep is formulated to induce relaxation and tranquility for restorative rest and rejuvenated, balanced days.* Make sure to hold your dose under the tongue for more than 30 seconds and chase with a glass of water. Nightly use is just one part of a healthy nighttime routine so try our tips for a peaceful night:

  1. Stimulant-Less. Avoid caffeine six hours before bedtime. This includes coffee, tea and, yes, even that nightly bite of chocolate.
  2. Exercise. Make time for exercise regularly, but not too close to bedtime.
  3. Routine. Schedule your sleep and wake times. Take your Plant People drops at the same time nightly too. Do your best to stick to this routine.
  4. Technology. Create your sleep sanctuary. Eliminate cell phones, light and distracting noises at least one hour before bed. No work in bed!
  5. Decompress. Settle your mind before bed. Take a few deep breaths or write down lingering thoughts in
    a journal.

Remember, it takes at least a month to create a new habit. Be gentle with yourself and dream away, Plant People.
