- Toast your bread as desired. If you're toasting your bread over the stove, add a little butter for extra richness.
- Spread your desired amount of Miracle Mush on your toasted bread. Add honey overtop for a little more sweetness.

Mushroom Hand-Pies
This rich, tasty treat is sure to impress at your next holiday gathering, and the functional mushrooms are sure to make you and your guests feel as good as these hand pies taste.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 3 tablespoons of Miracle Mush
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of grated orange zest
Icing Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon orange juice
- 1/8 teaspoon grated orange zest
- Additional Miracle Mush, optional
Let's Make It!
- Preheat oven to 400°. In a small bowl, whisk egg with water.
- Unfold your puff pastry and cut into 9 squares. Place 1 teaspoon Miracle Mush in the center of each & sprinkle with orange zest. Brush edges of pastry with egg mixture. Fold 1 corner over filling to form a triangle; press edges to seal. Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake until pastry is golden brown and cooked through, 17-20 minutes. Cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix confectioners' sugar, orange juice and orange zest; drizzle over pies. If desired, warm additional Miracle Mush in a microwave and drizzle over top.
Coconut Mushroom Brownies
Chocolate and coconut- a classic combination! These shroomy brownies are rich, decadent, and absolutely sure to please a crowd of all ages.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup Miracle Mush
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup oats
Let's Make It!
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and Miracle Mush until blended.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flours and cocoa; gradually beat into butter mixture, mixing well. Fold in coconut and oats. Spread into a greased 13x9 baking pan.
- Bake until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs, 22-25 minutes (do not overbake). Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Enjoy!

Let's Make It!
- Heat milk in a medium sized saucepan on medium-high heat until beginning to warm and steam. Add Miracle Mush, cocoa powder and sugar, and whisk until dissolved and combined. Bring to a gentle simmer while stirring, and take off heat.
- Serve in your cutest mug and top with your desired toppings. Enjoy!
