Immune System, Recipe
Wellness, on your terms
At Plant People we believe ritual and routine is the foundation of health. The benefits of functional mushrooms, hemp, adaptogens and vitamins compound overtime to bolster your wellbeing in areas like stress, sleep, recovery, immunity, focus.
Our team and customers have found that creating one healthy “keystone” habit can serve as a great support system in building out your wellness routine. Building out your routine around this keystone habit can create a routine “flywheel” effect, helping you maintain those habits for longer.
Today, we’re excited to partner with Hydrant, because they also value the importance of ritual and habits.
Hydrant - Where water meets wellness
Like us, Hydrant focuses on providing the most effective, science-driven product possible for their customers. Hydrant delivers science-backed hydration to help you get more from your water; their balanced electrolyte boost and varied products help to not only hydrate you, but also meet your daily wellness needs.
When thinking about hydration, their team loves focusing on habit-building to keep our hydration levels topped off throughout the day. Regular hydration habits can help you stay properly hydrated and lead to a host of benefits like clearer skin, more energy, improved focus, and stronger workout performances.
One of their teams’ favorite tactics is to leave a special glass out next to their Hydrant on the kitchen counter so it’s the first thing they see after getting up in the morning.
Find your Routine: Hydrant x Plant People
As we head into fall, Hydrant has added new products for your daily routine. You might have seen their new No Added Sugar option (in delicious Pink Grapefruit and Lemonade), perfect for those following a no-sugar diet (like keto or paleo) or those looking for an additional option to their day. Expect the same great taste, hypotonic osmolality, and balanced electrolyte boost as their other products, just with zero grams added sugar. Some of their customers like to start their day with one of our other Hydrate or Energy flavors, and end their day with the No Added Sugar products, as they don’t like consuming the sugar before bed, but still want to wake up feeling refreshed & hydrated.
Similarly for the changing seasons we launched four new capsule products that prioritize building immunity and cognition with mushrooms and herbs.
Tips for Habit-Building
Above all, both of us value the power of building out a consistent wellness routine. As you build out a routine, be to add in a workout in the morning, develop a consistent hydration schedule, or simply practice mindfulness, keep in mind some tips and tricks from our teams about habit-building:
As you build out your routine, remember to take it slow and enjoy the process. Change doesn’t happen overnight, and habit-forming takes time. Remember to have fun with it! To help, try one of our recipes below to help enhance your wellness routine.
